Terms of Use

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Highmark Portal at highmark-portal.pages.dev (the “Portal”), operated by Paulino Strategies (“Paulino Strategies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing in to or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Portal.

What the Portal Is

The Portal is an internal, invitation-only tool that lets authorized Paulino Strategies staff and client users view campaign performance, trigger and review Google Ads account builds, manage approvals, and configure certain campaign settings on behalf of Paulino Strategies' clients. It is not offered to the general public.

Authorized Use Only

Access to the Portal is limited to individuals we've specifically authorized, using a Google account we've added to our allowlist. You may not share your credentials or session with anyone else, attempt to access the Portal using an account that isn't yours, or attempt to bypass, disable, or probe its access controls. We may add, remove, or change who has access, and at what level, at any time and without notice.

Your Responsibilities

When using the Portal, you agree to:

  • keep your Google account credentials secure and not share them with others;
  • use the Portal only for its intended business purpose;
  • provide accurate information where the Portal asks you to enter it (for example, budget figures, campaign settings, or contact details); and
  • comply with applicable law and with any client-specific policies you've separately agreed to (including, where relevant, Fair Housing and other advertising-compliance obligations tied to the campaigns the Portal manages).

Some actions in the Portal — such as triggering a live campaign build, reallocating budget, or changing a campaign's targeting radius — can affect real, live advertising accounts. Use appropriate care, and don't take an action you're not sure about without checking first.

Intellectual Property

The Portal's software, design, and content are owned by Paulino Strategies or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Portal, other than the limited right to use it as intended for your authorized role.

Third-Party Services

The Portal relies on third-party services to operate, including Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), GitHub (internal workflow automation), and Anthropic (the AI Companion feature). Your use of features built on these services may also be subject to those providers' own terms.

No Warranty

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paulino Strategies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Portal.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you've violated these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Portal after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
