This Privacy Policy explains how Paulino Strategies (“Paulino Strategies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Highmark Portal at highmark-portal.pages.dev (the “Portal”). The Portal is an internal, invitation-only tool used by Paulino Strategies staff and authorized client users to manage Google Ads campaigns and related reporting. It is not a public consumer service, and access is restricted to accounts we've specifically authorized.
Signing in to the Portal is done through “Sign in with Google.” When you sign in, we receive your Google account's email address, which we use to confirm you're authorized to access the Portal and to determine what you're permitted to see and do inside it. We do not receive or store your Google password.
To keep an accurate record of who changed what, actions taken inside the Portal — such as approving a budget change, adjusting a campaign's targeting radius, or updating a configuration value — are logged with your account, a timestamp, and a description of the change. This audit trail exists for accountability, troubleshooting, and client reporting, and is visible only to authorized administrators.
If you choose to opt in to email or SMS notifications from the Portal, we store the contact information and consent you provide so we can send you the notifications you've asked for, and so you can opt out again at any time.
The Portal includes an AI Companion feature. Messages you send to it are processed using Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. We do not use these conversations to train any AI model, and Anthropic's own privacy terms govern its processing of that data on our behalf.
The Portal sets a single, necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics cookies on the Portal itself.
We use the information described above to:
Information collected through the Portal is visible to authorized Paulino Strategies personnel and, where relevant, your organization's own authorized Portal users. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf solely to help us operate the Portal, including Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and database storage), GitHub (internal workflow automation), and Anthropic (the AI Companion feature). Each is only given the access it needs to provide its service to us.
Portal data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure and retained for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it, including restricting access to authorized personnel and signing session cookies to prevent tampering. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can change or withdraw your email/SMS notification preferences at any time from the Portal's notification settings. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your account information, contact us using the details below — we'll honor these requests to the extent we're able to while keeping the audit records our clients rely on for accountability.
The Portal is a business tool intended for use by adult employees and authorized representatives of our clients. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
